In this clip, I ask her about the science on caloric restriction, which shows that reducing the amount of calories fed to mammals increases their lifespan.
This sounds cool and all BUT cutting calories also sounds like a drag! It scores a zero on the fun meter.

I agree, the more nourished you are the less you need to eat. It’s all about quality foods.

It so cracks me up about how so many people are STILL on the low-fat high-carb diet craze. Sure, it’s been “remodeled” to “look” like something else ,but when you get down to the nitty gritty it’s still the same ole’ BS we’ve been fed for the last 3-4 decades…. AND IT “D-O-E-S N-O-T” WORK and I am a testament to this! Not only does it not work long term for weight loss, it CAUSES the very diseases they warn you the ever-cursed steak (and so “filling” and delicious always ;-P) you ate is going to cause you! Even worse yet, they’re demonizing healthy nourishing foods like BEEF (grass fed of course) saying it (red meat) causes heart disease, and that saturated NATURAL NOURISHING fats like real butter and even tallow cause heart disease and cancer, etc. Yet, BEFORE unsaturated vegetable oils took thr place of butter snd lard, people at a LOT of animal fats (yes, it’s TRUE) and never dealt with disease the way we are today! Itliterally blows my mind how we came to be brainwashed in believing the POLAR OPPOSITE of the actual “Truth?!” I have watched several people go from eating a high saturated fat-high protein diet to going vegetarian (my own self for a year btw) and vegan and watched every single one of them as their health deteriorated???! It’s CRAZY enough to go on a low fat “diet” in the first place, but to be so completely brainwashed that you actually wholeheartedly believe the POLAR OPPOSITE of the TRUTH, and even AFTER it’s clearly ruined your health???! That’s just INSANITY!!!! And most of our nation is becoming “insane” because of it! Sad, sad, sad!!!! Never stop asking QUESTIONS AND FINDING THE “TRUTH!!!”
