Is going gluten free enough?
Guest Dr. Peter Osborne doesn’t think so. According to his research and clinical experience, gluten-free grains, legumes, and seeds can be equally damaging to the gut.
Learn how these seemingly “safe” foods may be at the root of unexplained and unnecesssary symptoms.

Hey, Sean. There was a guy that called in during this show with a question regarding feeling crappy & having brain fog after starting Paleo. I had this, too, easily fixed by supplementing with a good sea salt. If he reads this comment, I wanted to share a good blogpost on the importance of salt (especially when on a low carb diet)

Awesome info. I find with my clients they have a much better recovery rate from ill health when combining a grain free paleo approach to eating with a gluten free diet!
What was the name of the grass fed beef source that was mentioned? Thanks! Excellent podcast!
