    Hi Sean, I just started listening to your podcast. I heard the real food summit live q&a with Cate Shanahan and I’m wondering if she is across the information in the book “catching fire” by Richard Wrangham. I was quite shocked at her advice on cooking – especially with raw eggs. I used to eat raw eggs myself but there seems to be overwhelming information that cooked eggs are far superior in terms of digestion and also avoiding problems with raw eggs not limited to salmonella. I forgot if it was Chris Kresser or Robb Wolf or both but at least one of them details the case for cooked eggs on one of their podcasts.

    Aside from eggs I found her advice contrary to information in this book which is very well researched. Just wondering if she or anyone would care to comment on this.
