Also, you need some juices to keep you healthy - like pomegranate and dark berry juices, which can prevent very embarrassing diseases. Also, most veg juices are good fat burners. I drink some sort of vegetable juice at least once every day, not only to keep my bowel healthy, but also lowering the calorie input.]]></description>
